Panache associates are skilled and experienced in design and project coordination, research, and project management.  Our associates include a master upholsterer, a talented painter, two highly-skilled contractors for both large and small projects, a creative furniture refinisher, and a fabricator of window treatments and other soft goods.  We guarantee the quality of our team members and the work they will perform for you.

Saundra Pearson

Principal & Creative Director

In Saundra Pearson’s early career as an association executive, she worked closely with architects, engineers, and urban planners in professional education. This 15-year period developed her love and interest in architecture and design with a special focus on interiors. Her later position as president and owner of a consulting company further expanded her creative designs. She has transformed hotel meeting rooms, ballrooms and ceremonial venues, program sessions, gardens, resort golf courses, tennis courts, historic homes and castles for extraordinary and memorable events worldwide.  During this time, Saundra began providing interior design and renovation projects for friends and families.  Her experience with design-build with architects and contractors span over 35 years. 

Mihwa Jent

Design Coordinator

As Design Coordinator, Mihwa’s keen eye for color makes for magic when she restores and repurposes furniture with unique paints and designs.  Mihwa recently restored a dining room table for a Panache client which is featured in our portfolio under the Great Room Project.  Mihwa organizes various projects phases including coordinating with and scheduling with the trades.  As the wife of a retired military officer, her family has moved numerous times and is excellent at household organization beginning one room at a time.

Sabrina Alexander

Senior Design Project Manager

Sabrina brings to our team outstanding experience in project management, contract development, research and marketing.  She has designed town home interiors and managed multiple projects and budgets simultaneously. Sabrina has headed her own independent consulting company for the past 15 years and worked with Saundra on numerous projects during that time.​
